  • No as a counselling trained counsellor my fees do not attract a Medicare Rebate. You will need to see your GP to be referred to a psychologist, mental health social worker or an occupational therapist.

  • Yes, I have provider numbers for various Private Health Funds. More funds are included regularly. Please check with reception to see if your fund is one of these & also your Insurer to check your level of cover includes rebates for counsellors.es here

  • No, I am not either of these. I do see couples in the context of facing reproductive challenges however this is usually short-term work. Should we identify during a session the need for more specialised support for relationship or family work I will offer the client suggestions of where to find a suitably qualified therapist.

  • Yes, I usually spend Tuesdays at the clinic for in person sessions but can also arrange other times if needed.

  • Yes, I use Zoom for Telehealth or can also provide a consultation over the phone if preferred.

  • I will sometimes agree to work with someone facing adversity for a lower rate for a short period of time. However, I am a strong advocate for women to be paid fairly and equitably for the work they do & so I too expect to be paid my asking fee.
